With the blistering cold winter weather I decided that a tropical manicure was called for.

Items Used:
China Glaze - Jamaican Out
Wet N'Wild - The Wonder Yellows
Sally Hansen - White On
Bundle Monster Plate #318
The How To:
Paint a base of Jamaican Out, then use a make up sponge to add some The Wonder Yellows, concentrate it near the center and cuticle area leaving the tips of the nail.
Use White On (or any opaque white) to stamp on the design.
Seal with a top coat and you're good to go.
